Berryhill Realty Company has been active in sales and rental of residential property in Charlotte, North Carolina since 1960.
We provide a service to owners and tenants alike through the proper screening of prospective tenants and adequate housing. We believe that housing should be equal to or above standard and that the tenant should be responsible for the proper care of Real Property.
Our viewpoint that the customer is the most important person ever in our office has been Berryhill Realty Company's motto through the past 46 years.

L. David Berryhill Jr-President

L. David Berryhill, Jr. joined Berryhill Realty Company in 1964. David has a B.S. in Business (1958) from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He has served as President of both the local and state Realtor Associations. He was a member of Charlotte City Council from 1979 to 1983.
He is also a member of Albermarle Presbyterian Church. David is married to Barbara Berryhill; has two daughters, 3 granddaughters, and one grandson.
Aric B. Beals-Property Manager

Aric Beals is a native of North Carolina who came to Berryhill Realty Company in May of 1991. He is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds a N.C. Broker's license. He is active in the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association by serving on the Legislative and Political Affairs Committee, and has attained the GRI professional designation. He serves as a property manager.
He is married to Jill Hall, has one son and one daughter and is an active member of his church and community serving on multiple committees
Mark Biggs-Property Manager

Mark Biggs is a native of Charlotte and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since September of 2002. He holds a N.C. Broker's license an serves as a property manager and is active in the sale of Real Property.
Mark is married to Kim Biggs and has one daughter. Mark and his family are active members of First Presbyterian Church in Belmont, NC.
Cathy Woodson-Book Keeping/Finances
Administravtive Assistant
Cathy Woodson is a native of Virginia and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since July of 2000. She is a graduate of Elon University and holds a B.S. degree. Her responsibilties include, but not limited to: collection and posting of rents received, filing court papers and sheriff writs, maintaining records made to the credit bureau, makes mortgage payments on rental properties for owners, pays vendor bills, and accounts for payments to owners.
Katrina R. Ebersole-Leasing Agent
Administrative Assistant and Web Design
Katrina is a native of Virginia and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since July of 2004. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University. Her responsibilities include, but not limited to: providing ad information to various medias, web design, making rental properties available to the public, processes rental applications, prepares leases and contract forms, works with utility companies and vendors, communicates with owners, and other administrative duties.
She has one son and is an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church.
