If you are interested in applying for one of our properties, you must view the inside of the property first before applying. Keys can be checked out from our office Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5pm.
There is a $40 refundable key deposit for 2 keys, each additional key is $10.
We do not have a general application.
You apply for a specific property.
We do not mail out applications or take them online.
When submitting an application the security deposit and applications are due. [See our Qualifications above]
Please bring all paystubs for each applicant and picture ID's along with a valid social security number.
The process of applying takes at least 30 minutes in the office. A lease will be printed out to be reviewed with applicant and signed. Non English speaking applicants must bring a translator.
No applications are taken after 4:30 pm because our office closes at 5pm.
Applications are processed in 2 business days, we are not open on the weekends.
This property will be offered, shown and made available for lease to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
